Temperatures are rising and it’s time to cool off. What’s better than a fruity mojito at your next pool party? This easy version brings together the sweet taste of mango and the refreshing flavor of mint. It also packs a punch and will bring any gathering to life!
6-8 fresh mint leaves
White rum, chilled
1 pint mango sorbet, softened
1 bottle of prosecco, chilled
In a large pitcher- Add in 1 bottle prosecco and 1 cup white rum
Juice lime and stir in
Start with 1/2 pint of mango sorbet and stir until blended. Add more to taste if desired.
Chop mint leaves and slice strawberries, mix in
