Buffalo chicken is always an instant crowd pleaser. Feed your crowd during the big game or game night in with my super simple Buffalo Chicken Stuffed French Bread. This recipe only takes a few minutes and packs a spicy punch. Fresh french bread stuffed with cheesy buffalo chicken is sure to please!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 – 3 cups shredded chicken, cooked
1 3/4 cups hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
3/4 cup scallions
blue cheese crumbles
1 large french bread loaf
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, hot sauce, sour cream, scallions and shredded cheese
Cut top of french bread out, leaving 2-3 inches on the side, making a shallow opening
Fill french bread with buffalo chicken mixture
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted
Let cool for 2-3 minutes, top with bleu cheese crumbles, shredded cheese and scallions for garnish
Slice and enjoy!
